Discription The TZU 22-01 is an electronic level indicator (measuring device) for analogue and digital (DVB-T) terrestrial reception signals and helps to adjust terrestrial TV- and Radio antennas. Should the input level be to high, the level can be reduced with the input attenuator.
The TZU 22-01 can either be operated with a PP3 (9 volt) battery or with an external 5-12V DC power supply with 3,5 mm jack plug (battery and power supply not included in delivery). The TZU 22-01 can also be remote power fed from a DVB-T receiver (in case the receiver can supply 5V). In case an active antenna (with amplifier) like the TAA 3-00 is used, this antenna must be remote power fed with an external power supply via a DC power inserter. Make sure, the power inserter is positioned between TZU 22-01 and antenna. For security reasons the TZU 22-00 does not have a DC power pass, the antenna can´t be remote fed from the receiver, while the TZU 22-01 is connected!
